Great North West Truck Show – Show Truck Entry Conditions:

- Your truck entry includes admission for two adults (Driver and Passenger). Any additional wristbands must be purchased at the standard admission rate.
-Misc entry includes 1 x Family Pass
-Vehicle passes and entry documentation will be issued when you complete your online booking.
-Show truck access is available:
Friday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 9:00am
- Traders
Friday: 5pm-9pm or Sat 6-9am

-Caravans are permitted behind entered show trucks. Any caravan or support vehicle not pre-booked will be refused entry.
-In the event of an extreme emergency requiring an early departure, permission must first be obtained from Event Management. If authorised, your vehicle will be escorted from the showground by event marshals. Please note that this may not always be possible due to public safety considerations.
- For security reasons, all gates will be locked from 9:00pm and monitored by Security personnel.
- Vehicle engines must not be started or run between 11:00pm and 6:00am, except in genuine emergencies, in accordance with environmental noise regulations.
- Air horns are strictly prohibited at all times.
- The event site is protected by 24-hour CCTV, floodlighting and professional security personnel.
- All tickets and vehicle passes are non-transferable.
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- No trading is permitted without a valid Trade Pass.

Vehicle Movement Policy:

By booking a show truck, you acknowledge and accept that your vehicle must remain in its allocated position until the official close of the event on Sunday.

This policy is in place to protect the safety of visitors, exhibitors and staff and forms part of the event's traffic management and crowd safety arrangements. Vehicle movement during public opening hours is prohibited unless authorised by Event Management in response to a genuine emergency.

Code of Conduct:

The Great North West Truck Show operates a zero-tolerance policy towards drunkenness, abusive behaviour, violence, anti-social conduct or any actions that place others at risk.

Any exhibitor, driver or attendee who fails to comply with these conditions may be removed from the event by the Organisers, Haydock Racecourse, Security or the Police, without refund.
