The initial vehicle entry fee will include 2 adults (Driver & Passenger) except support vehicles.

Additional entry wristbands will be charged at a discount rate on arrival at the vehicle gate.

Wristbands MUST be worn on entry and at ALL times. Wristbands are not transferable.

Your passes will be generated when booking in online.

• Entry to the event is allowed from 1200 Friday until 2100 & then 0600 Saturday until 0900
• Caravans are allowed behind the trucks, any private cars must be removed from the show area by 0900 Saturday morning.
• Anyone wishing to leave the event before it has finished in an extreme emergency must obtain permission & be marshalled through the event. This is not guaranteed to be possible. Gates will be locked at 2100 for security reasons and will be patrolled & supervised by Security.
• Engines must NOT BE RUN OR USED AFTER 2300 OR BEFORE 0600 as per Environmental Act
• STRICTLY NO AIRHORNS
• The whole area is covered with CCTV, Security & Floodlights
• Tickets are non-transferable or refundable
• NO TRADING WITHOUT A TRADE PASS

BY BOOKING MY VEHICLE - I FULLY ACCEPT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE MY VEHICLE UNTIL THE SHOW HAS CONCLUDED ON SUNDAY.

N.B. We operate a ZERO tolerance policy regarding drunken/anti-social behaviour. Any attendee not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave by the Organisers, Haydock Racecourse or the Police.
