FAQ
What are the opening times of the show?
The show is open with visitor/day tickets on Saturday 13th July 10am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
If you have a camping ticket for the weekend, you need to arrive between 6am and 9am on Saturday 13th July – the gates are then locked until 4pm on Sunday 14th July.
Can you bring your own food and drink?
Unfortunately we cannot allow food to be brought in from outside for contractual reasons. Anyone contravening this may be asked to leave the show.
What are the ticket prices?
All ticket prices can be found on the front page – or at Eventbrite.co.uk
Are dogs allowed?
Well behaved dogs are welcome however the owner is fully responsible for all dog related welfare, and dogs MUST be kept on a leash.

Can you buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day – subject to availability.

I'm a carer with a disabled guest - do you have Carer Tickets?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day for a carer at a discount of £10 upon provision of a valid carer ID with photo.
Disabled parking is plentiful and of course, FREE!
What time do we need to arrive if we have booked a truck?
Friday 12th July – No earlier than 12pm and you can arrive up to 9pm
Saturday 13th July – 6am – 9am
Gates will close after 9am on Saturday and re-open to leave at 4pm on Sunday
Can I change the registration details of the truck I am bringing?
Yes up to 1 week before the show – please email bookings@gnwts.co.uk
Can I bring a support vehicle?
A support vehicle (arriving with a truck entry) under 7m in length is £40, over 7m is £50
Please ensure this is added to your booking – if you are adding this on after you have booked your truck in, email bookings@gnwts.co.uk
What time are the show trophy announcements?
Sunday at 2pm at the main stage
Do I need to pay for a passenger?
One passenger is included with a truck entry. Additional passengers must be paid for before entry.
Can we use air horns?
Unfortunately, there is a strict ban on air horns.
