FAQ
What are the opening times of the show?
The show is open with visitor/day tickets on Saturday 13th July 10am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
If you have a camping ticket for the weekend, you need to arrive between 6am and 9am on Saturday 13th July – the gates are then locked until 4pm on Sunday 14th July.
Can you bring your own food and drink?
It is not permitted to bring your own food and drink to the show with a day ticket.
What are the ticket prices?
Adult One Day £14
Child One Day £7 (Under 16)
Family One Day £38
Adult Weekend £25
Child Weekend £10 (under 16)
Family Weekend £60
Weekend Camping £60
Under 5’s – Free
Family – 2 Adults & 2 Children (6-15)
Under 15’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

Can you buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day – subject to availability.

What time do we need to arrive if we have booked a truck?
Friday 12th July – No earlier than 12pm and you can arrive up to 9pm
Saturday 13th July – 6am – 9am
Gates will close after 9am on Sunday and re-open to leave at 4pm on Sunday
Can I change the registration details of the truck I am bringing
Any changes to trucks booked in, you need to email bookings@gnwts.co.uk
Can I bring a support vehicle?
A support vehicle (arriving with a truck entry) under 7m in length is £40, over 7m is £50
Please ensure this is added to your booking – if you are adding this on after you have booked your truck in, email bookings@gnwts.co.uk
What time is the Show trophy announcements?
Sunday 14th July 2024 at 2pm at the main stage
Do I need to pay for a passenger?
No – a passenger is included with all truck entries
Can we use air horns?
Unfortunately, there is a strict ban on air horns.
