Is there a toilet onboard?

YES! the coach has a fully functional toilet on board. 

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not. As much as we would love to celebrate the festive period with our furry friends, we cannot allow any pets on the coach.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Any festive treats dished out on board will have a gluten-free alternative offered as well as Vegan options too. 

What time does the coach depart from Reuben’s Retreat?

The coach will be departing at 4pm sharp. We recommend arrival at least 30 mins before in order to get seated and settled. 

What time do we get back?

We aim to be back at Reubens Retreat for approximatley 9pm but this is subject to traffic at Blackpool

Is there any storage available for prams, buggies or wheelchairs? 

Of course! There is plenty of space underneath the passenger deck for any items needing to be stowed. 

Can we bring our own food and drink?

You can, however we ask that nothing containing nuts is brought along, and that all waste is appropriately disposed of. 

Can we charge our phones on board? 

Of course! all seats have power outlets located underneath for UK plug and USB charging. (limitations apply) 

Tell me about the Fish and Chip set dinner offer! 

The Fish and Chip deal is arranged with a Blackpool vendor to be paid directly to them on the evening. We need to know in advance if you wish to order.
