We are excited to invite you along to our first charity gala ball, which promises to be an incredible evening with dinner, fizz, live entertainment, and great company as we continue to support incredible charities like Reubens Retreat and Jolly Josh.
Every year, thousands of you join us and bring along your trucks to show at the GNWTS, and what a show it is, with the support and kindness you guys give, the fun, the memories and the friendships made.
We know you scrub up well and have some moves to strut on the dance floor! So come and join us, and let’s have a ball.
Our Charities
Rueben’s Retreat
Supporting families who have suffered the loss of a child or have a child living with medical complexities.
They support the families with emotional and practical support so they do not have to go through the journey alone.
From a listening ear, counselling, fun sessions, helping to make memories, peer support groups, practical advice, bereavement support and wellbeing activities for parents to recharge.
Jolly Josh
Jolly Josh is based in Rochdale, a centre that provides dedicated peer support and safe spaces for children with complex medical and physical needs.
Their aim is to end isolation and connect families, enabling them to support each other and thrive.
About The Event
The charity truck ball will be at Village Hotel Bury, Waterfold Business Park, Bury, BL9 7BQ, and we will be kicking off at 7 pm.
The evening will include live entertainment, a charity auction, dinner and a raffle.
Tickets are £50 each, and seating is round tables of 10
We have secured a discount on room bookings if you would like to book a room to stay over; once you have booked your tickets, the discount code will be included in your email confirmation.
Dress Code: The tux is optional, but dress up! It’s not often we get the chance! Black tie and cocktail/evening dress
